After a period of review towards the end of 2022, we have made the decision to not re-start the Works Market in 2023.

We appreciate that this will be disappointing news to our stallholders and regular customers. We would like to thank you all for your support and patronage over the past three years.

We would also like to acknowledge the energy and dedication of Nicole, who under difficult circumstances well outside of her control never wavered in her passion and commitment to the Market. With the first stage of our permanent retail & hospitality offering set to open over the coming months, we look forward to welcoming you all back on site to enjoy a different retail experience in the near term. Set in front of the historic cooperage and cafeteria buildings, the grass and limestone chip market offers a relaxed setting.
With over 120 off street car parks, refurbished toilets and plenty of space, we want you to enjoy Sundays the way they should be.
